A. This program will offer a great tax incentive to host families for a high functioning BH conserved client that has graduated from the MHC or BHC Tree of Life Program

2. To qualify for the housing tax credit conservators will frequent more often the home to regulate housing temperature and food temperature, quality and standard of living

3. Being a group homeowner should be an option not a right

4. License can be suspended or revoked at any time

5. If suspended group home owner will be on probation until the standard of living is raised
